Free Shipping

Independent Watch Accessories offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order requirement.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes for larger items.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@movadocollection.store with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
